This is the most common reason people write to us, and it is easy to fix. Email info@femeaora.com with the receipt number from your ClickBank confirmation email — or the email address you used at checkout — and we will send your files directly. You will not be left without a product you paid for.
If you are unsure whether the program is right for you, ask before purchasing rather than after. The most common mismatch is gym access: the workout plans are built around gym equipment and this is not a home or bodyweight program. We would genuinely rather talk you out of the wrong purchase than process a refund later.
