1. Who is responsible for your data

Femme Aura LLC, registered in the State of Wyoming, USA, registered office 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, is the data controller for personal data collected through femeaora.com. Contact us about anything in this policy at info@femeaora.com.

2. The most important thing to know

We never see your payment details. ClickBank is the retailer for all purchases on this site. Your card or payment information is collected and processed entirely by ClickBank on its own systems, under its own privacy policy. We receive order and customer-contact information from ClickBank — not your card number, and never your full payment credentials.

3. What we collect

When you buy a product

Via ClickBank, we receive the information needed to fulfil and support your order: your name, email address, country, the product purchased, the order receipt number, and the date and amount of the transaction.

When you contact us

Your email address, your name if you give it, and the content of your message — so that we can answer you and keep a record of the conversation.

When you visit the site

Standard technical information generated by any web request: IP address, browser type and version, device type, referring page, and the pages you viewed. This is used for security and to understand aggregate traffic patterns. This site does not run advertising trackers, and it does not build behavioural profiles of visitors.

4. Why we use it

• To deliver what you bought — providing access to your files and resolving download problems. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• To provide support — answering your questions and handling refund requests. Legal basis: performance of a contract, and our legitimate interest in supporting customers.
• To keep records — retaining transaction records as required for accounting and tax. Legal basis: legal obligation.
• To keep the site secure — detecting abuse and protecting against attacks. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.

5. Marketing email

We do not add you to a marketing list simply because you bought something. If we introduce an email newsletter, joining it will require a clear, separate opt-in, and every message will carry a working unsubscribe link. Transactional email about an order you placed is not marketing and may be sent regardless.

6. Who else processes your data

We keep this list short deliberately.

• ClickBank (Click Sales, Inc.) — retailer and payment processor. Handles checkout, payment, receipts and refunds under its own privacy policy.
• Our website host — serves this site and processes technical request data such as IP addresses.
• Our email provider — delivers and stores the support correspondence between us.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not rent, trade or share it with advertisers or data brokers. We disclose it to third parties only as described above, or where we are legally required to.

7. International transfers

ClickBank is based in the United States, so completing a purchase involves transferring your data outside your own country and potentially outside the EEA or UK. Where such transfers involve personal data protected by EEA or UK law, they rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an applicable adequacy decision.

8. How long we keep it

Order and transaction records are kept for as long as required by applicable accounting and tax law — commonly six to seven years. Support correspondence is kept for up to three years so that we can handle follow-up questions and refund disputes. Technical server logs are kept for a short period, typically no more than 90 days.

9. Cookies

This site uses only what is strictly necessary to serve pages correctly. It does not set advertising, retargeting or cross-site tracking cookies, and it does not embed third-party social media tracking pixels. To exercise any of these, email info@femeaora.com. We will respond within one month. We will not charge you for making a request, and we will never penalise you for it. Note that we may need to keep transaction records even after deleting other data, because tax law requires it — we will tell you if that applies.

Because ClickBank holds your payment data as retailer, requests relating specifically to payment information should also be directed to ClickBank.

11. Children

This site and our products are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the personal data we hold, including transport encryption (HTTPS) across this site and access controls on our email and records. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we deliberately hold as little data as possible, which is the strongest protection available to us.

13. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we use your data will be described here clearly rather than quietly edited in.
